Our Story — From Adversity to Alignment

A3D Services was built from resilience, restoration, and a deep desire to make a difference.

After overcoming alcoholism and experiencing homelessness, our founder, Deidre Lopez, discovered that healing isn’t just an internal process — it’s environmental, too. The spaces we occupy reflect how we feel, and how we feel determines how we show up in life.

When she began cleaning professionally, Deidre saw how many environments were neglected, how low the bar for “clean” had fallen, and how much people tolerated simply because they were busy surviving.
So she decided to raise the standard — and the consciousness — of cleaning.

What started as a one-woman operation in 2019 has become a team-driven company rooted in care, accountability, and excellence.

Meet Deidre Lopez,

Founder & Visionary of A3D Services

Deidre Lopez didn’t just start a cleaning company — she started a movement.
A movement to raise the frequency of what “clean” means, and to prove that healing and excellence can come from even the hardest beginnings.

After overcoming alcoholism and nearly a year of homelessness, Deidre rebuilt her life from the ground up — one act of service at a time. Her time working in substance abuse treatment showed her something profound: our environments play a vital role in how we think, feel, and heal.

So when she founded A3D Services in 2019, it wasn’t just about scrubbing surfaces — it was about creating spaces that support peace, purpose, and possibility.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Deidre combines practical expertise with heart-led leadership. She’s built A3D Services into a trusted partner for property managers, business owners, and homeowners who want more than a surface-level clean.

Her approach blends mindfulness, natural products, and proactive communication to ensure clients don’t just see a difference — they feel it.

Alejandro Lopez

Co-Founder & Operations Leader

Alejandro’s story is one of discipline, heart, and evolution.
From his early days in cleaning and carpentry, he developed a meticulous eye for detail and an unshakable work ethic. Later, as he moved into management, he learned how people and systems work together — how structure supports service.

Born in Mexico and raised with strong values of family and perseverance, Alejandro brought those lessons into A3D. His partnership with Deidre deepened his understanding of compassion and resilience. Together, they balance each other perfectly — she’s the technicolor visionary, and he’s the grounding force who ensures that vision comes to life.
